This form is meant to gauge interest among families in and around Maury county for the purpose of a PCA church plant under the direction of Parish Presbyterian Church PCA. Please have the head of household fill this out. 

Background: Parish Presbyterian Church PCA has expressed interest in planting a church soon after completion of their new building. While nothing official has been determined, the church planting committee is seeking to gauge interest among local families for a new church plant in the area. Along with this, the church planting committee would like to gauge the level of commitment from these same families.
