Olin Students:
We are launching a women's peer mentoring initiative called "Power Groups" where we pair 2-4 first year students with 1-2 second year MBA/PMBA/EMBA students for support in adjusting to Olin life and the career search.  We welcome any women identified students within the Olin MBA Program to participate.

Commitment: 3 meet-ups per semester you coordinate and determine on your own schedules.

Timeline:
Sat Sept 7 (Midnight): Applications Due
Thur Sept 12 (11:45am-1pm): Power Group's Revealed at OWIB Sept Meeting
