Dear Teacher Friend,

It's important to me that I truly meet your most pressing needs and am able to provide easy-to-implement solutions to the problems you are facing in the classroom. I plan to focus on one area at a time. That is why I am asking you to take 5 minutes (or less) to complete this form about setting up your classroom.
