As indicated, each club that plans on participating in the Soccer NS Return to Competition League this January must submit their team declarations to SNS on November 30.  SNS will use this information to create the teams and the divisions as required for a league start in January.  

This is expression of interest is only for those players that strongly intend to participate in SNS' Skill Centre Festivals or U12 and above League games in January to March.  Those include:

Skill Centres - U8-11
Community Programs - U12 B/C to U18 A/B
Performance Programs - U13 AA to Premiership

The information collected via this form will dictate the number of teams and the divisions in which those teams play; inputs to United DFC's Team Declaration.  Once this declaration is submitted we will not be able to modify without consequences to the club and families.  So, if Public Health approves continued sporting activities with no restrictions and you plan to play under those circumstances, please confirm your intentions by completing this form.    

We will not be able to add teams to the league and cancelling teams due to low numbers impacts the club financially but also impacts the players and families that registered.  

Complete a separate registration for each member of your household that plans on participating.  

If our programs remain operational as currently planned, we will open up registration in December for a January start.
