#1 Event Preference *

In order of preference, please list the TOP 5 Events you would be willing to run at the tournament. All teams are expected to run an event at the Invitational. Coaches that are bringing two teams may expect to run two events. Events are assigned based on preference and on the order in which the registrations are received. *NOTE* If the Tournament format changes from in-person to something else, you will STILL BE RESPONSIBLE for running the event!

Are there any specific needs or concerns that you have?

I understand that my team (students, teachers, parents, etc.) will have to abide by any site-specific COVID-19 protocols that are currently in place in the Tredyffrin-Easttown School District on the date of the tournament, which may include a signed COVID release form. Failure to abide by these protocols will result in removal and disqualification from the tournament. *
