This location will focus on Equity Through the Lens of Rigor and Engagement. Bill Daggett will give a keynote speech focused on Teaching with Vision. He will highlight ways schools can develop a culture focused on rigor, relevance and relationships for ALL students.  Other sessions in this location include: The Biggest Impact: Examining Teacher-Student Relationships, Rigor/Relevance Framework: The Basics, Increasing Rigor through High Level Questioning, Relevance and Engagement: Strategies to Take-Away, Right Away, Creating Quad DTM Moments in Every Lesson, Every Day. These will be supplemented with 5DP Educator led sessions, panels and other presentations focusing on the same theme.

This location will focus on Creating a Culture of High Expectations. Anthony Collannino will give a keynote speech focused on this theme highlighting ways teachers can create a rigorous and relevant learning environment in which all students can thrive by believing all students can grow, asking clarifying questions before making judgments, creating systems of support for students and giving second and even third chances to improve—both socially and academically. Other sessions in this location include: Writing is Thinking, Leadership is Contagious, Neuroleadership in Action: The Leadership Brain, De-Stress Your Day, and Let Them Talk: Structuring Academic Discussions and Effective Communication. These will be supplemented with 5DP Educator led sessions, panels and other presentations focusing on the same theme.

This location will focus on Equity and Excellence. Erika Battle will give a keynote speech focused on this theme and highlighting the inequities that many of our students face. She will share ways to address these inequities and empower teachers to lead this work. Other sessions in this location include: Understanding the Impact of Trauma on Learning: Strategies for Supporting Students, Examining Implicit Bias and Assumptions About Race, Courageous Conversations, Social-Emotional Learning and Equity: Removing Barriers for Each and Every Student, and Amplifying Opportunity through Data: Turning Up the Volume on Agency, Equity, and Accountability. These will be supplemented with 5DP Educator led sessions, panels and other presentations focusing on the same theme.
