A fun filled 3-day programme consisting of:

Swimming technique & coaching to prepare for open water swimming or triathlon events in swimming pools.

Bike handling & cycling skills for safe and faster racing.
✓
Running technique, drills and fun games to improve speed and endurance.
✓
Transition practice – (the fourth discipline!)
✓
Mixed sports & fun games!
Children will need to bring;
1. Bike in good working condition. Please ensure the tyres have been pumped, the seat is at the correct height and the brakes work!
2. Bike Helmet is ESSENTIAL
3. Running trainers
4. Running kit (shorts, t-shirt)
5. Swimming kit; including swimming hat, goggles and towels (X2)
6. Trisuit (but not essential). OR, spare shorts and a big baggy t-shirt for race preparation
7. Water bottle
8. Snacks
9. Sun hat or visor if hot.
10. Suncream
11. Waterproof if wet!
Please provide children with a packed lunch and additional refreshments – No Nuts
If your child has a medical, please can you provide a photo of your child and the information required for staff on a separate sheet.
