2025-26 Providence Troupe Tryout Form

Please complete all information in this Google Form to secure a spot for your dancer to tryout for the 2025-2026 Troupe. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Baxter Assistant Director at missrebekah@millerstreetdanceacademy.com.

Once you've completed the form, you will be sent two audition videos one week before tryouts, in which your dancer will learn from home and present live to a panel of judges. You will also receive your audition time/schedule.

● Dancers need to be registered in either a Jazz/Hip Hop, Jazz or Hip Hop/Funk Class

● Tryouts are scheduled for Monday, August 4th- Time TBD

● Troupe classes are on Tuesday evenings

● Open to students 2nd grade and higher - no prior dance experience is required

● Dancers should expect to participate in a Christmas parade, a spring performance, and recital (costume required for recital)

● No refunds/credits/discounts given should the dancer decide not to try out or does not make the team

● Trying out does not guarantee the dancer a spot on The Troupe
