The purpose of this brief survey is to determine if a student/family has any barriers to their students working from home on their school-issued Chromebook, including home internet access.  In this time of home learning, there are a lot of community supports and resources that we would like to connect with any family in need.  This information will be kept confidential and only used by school staff designated to support in this area.
