Again,

- Though you'll be living with a loveable small dog and cat, we unfortunately are not allow any more larger animals on the property (HOA rules).

- Similarly, we do not allow drug use, marijuana use, smoking, excessive drinking, or overnight boyfriends for any reason.

- We expect you to live here for at least a year. We are looking for a long-term roommate, not a short-term living situation.

To keep our home in shape, there are communal supplies we all share purchase of (cleaning supplies, batteries, kleenex, toilet paper, etc; usually 1-2 purchases a month). Will you have a problem with this arrangement?
