To complete the Growing Healthy Communities health awareness knowledge check below answer all questions and then hit the submit button. You will automatically receive a copy of your answer responses by email. You will be informed of your UA Little Rock fitness center membership status by email once your submission is reviewed and eligibility is confirmed. Please note that 2023 memberships will be active until December 31, 2023. All 2024 Memberships will be active until December 31, 2024.
