Offline Client Access Request
Beginning on November 30, 2020, the Offline Lodge Client transitioned to only being available upon request. To gain access to the Offline Lodge Client after November 30, 2020, the designated Lodge Administrators for your lodge will need to complete the request form below. Requests will be reviewed by the OA LodgeMaster team and access will be granted based on need.

For an access request to be considered the form below must be filled out completely. All requests will be reviewed within 7 days. An email will be sent to the Lodge Administrators on file once your request is reviewed. Offline access will need to be renewed annually. Offline access will be removed if a Lodge Administrator does not submit a request for each new calendar year.

*NOTE - This form must be submitted by your LodgeMaster lodge administrator(s) on file with the LodgeMaster Team.
