Volunteering during your next holiday in Greece is a great way to assist in saving of food that is repurposed for vulnerable communities, gain a unique insight into life in Greece, learn important life-skills and meet locals and fellow international volunteers.
From joining teams collecting unsold fruit and vegetables at farmer’s markets in Athens or Thessaloniki to harvesting donated crops, volunteer opportunities at Boroume can be tailored to individual Greek language skills, interests and availability.
Boroume will provide the brief training and support for Australian volunteers. All travel and accommodation in Greece will be the responsibility of the individual.
