Art 1: By submiting this form, I (later refered as 'the signatory') exclusively authorize the association Planet Sciences (later refered as : the organizer) to reproduce and use any picture or video on which I appear captured by the accredited persons by the association during the event for the promotion and the communication exclusively of the French Cup of Robotics and Eurobot.

Art 2: This authorization is valid for a period of 10 years, in the world and on all material and immaterial media.

Art 3: The signatory can cancel this agreement by formulating his request with acknowledgment of receipt by electronic means to the following address coupe@planete-sciences.org or by standard mail to the following address: Planète Sciences, robotics sector, 16 place Jacques Brel, 91130 Ris-Orangis, France.

Art 4: In order to better handle his/her request, the signatory must mention his surname, first name, date of birth, address, dates of presence on the event as well as its formulation in order to achieve the end of the usage of his image by the organizer.

Art 5: The signatory agrees that a fixed period of 15 days for the processing and response to his request is to be observed from the notification of delivery of his mail by the carrier.

Art 6: The signatory can not oppose orders validated by the organizer for deliveries resulting in the use on all media of his image as part of an advertising campaign.

Art 7: If such works or services are in progress, the signatory will be informed with the dates of exhibition as well as a confirmation of the end of the exploitation of his image by the organization and for all the future projects.

Art 8: However, the signatory may compel the organizer to deploy all the necessary means with these internal services or by his service providers to camouflage or suppress, in order to make it unrecognizable, his image on all living immaterial media accessible without restriction and at will by the general public on online video streaming platforms.

Art 9: In the event of the death of the signatory, the organizer invite the legatee to expressly inform the opposition to the diffusion of the image of the signatory. All efforts will be made by the organizer to stop the diffusion with the organizations or service providers in charge of the achievements mentioned in articles 5, 6 and 8.
