The Els Club Desaru Coast - Ocean and Valley Courses is hosting the four 18-hole rounds of The Road to Els 2023, which will alternate between individual strokeplay and stableford formats as follows:
1st Leg - Saturday, 18 March 2023 at Ocean Course (Stableford) - COMPLETED
2nd Leg - Saturday, 24 June 2023 at Valley Course (Strokeplay)
3rd Leg - Saturday, 9 September 2023 at Ocean Course (Stableford)
4th Leg - Saturday, 9 December 2023 at Valley Course (Strokeplay)
Every amateur golfer, male or female, with a current WHS handicap is welcome to take part in this golf challenge (maximum handicap for Men 24 and Ladies 36). Together with the categories that are being competed for, the top 15 players in each leg's Gross and Nett categories will also receive points (Order of Merit).
The player who accumulates the most points (Order of Merit) throughout both categories at the end of the year, will be recognised as the Overall Champions and be eligible to win our top prize: 355 days of Privilege Pass at The Els Club Desaru Coast.
Entrance fee RM490 per person per legRate is inclusive of 18-hole green fee, shared golf cart usage, insurance, interesting goodies, prizes, and lunch.
