Date of Event: October 3, 2021 rain or shine.

Time: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 am. Break down is
1:30pm.

Cost: $50.00 per booth plus one raffle item worth $50 or $100 without a raffle item.

Location of event: Hubbard Park, 999 W Main St, Meriden, CT

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: canopies,
tables, chairs etc. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same
condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth as this
is a family friendly event.

2. We are following the State of CT regulations and CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19.  In the event that we are forced to move to a fully virtual event due to public health developments, we will offer a refund to all vendors or provide an option of a tax deductible donation.
