A team official must inform the referee if the game is “being played under protest” and they will record this on the game sheet prior to the beginning of the game. The game shall be played. A team refusing to play will be subject to disciplinary action.

Following the game, this form needs to be submitted within 24hrs.  Once the confirmation email is received please forward it to your club as well as to the opposing team's Club.

All protests have a fee of $200 to be made by e-transfer within 3 days of the game in question.  If the protest is upheld the protest fee will be refunded.  An admin fee of $50 will be charged for each case regardless of outcome.
