Please fill out the following form if you would like your student to participate in the school lunch and breakfast program.  * Available for all enrolled  * ONLINE ONLY * SASD  students - must provide student ID #.  

Each student will be given a bundled frozen meal kit with 5 days of breakfast and lunch with their NAME.
If your student does not sign up weekly there will not be meals available for them.

**** YOU MUST SIGN UP EVERY WEEK

Sign ups will open Monday at 10 am. and close Wednesday at 10 am.

* Meal pick ups are subject to change, any changes will be communicated through email.

Meal pick ups will be available at our High School location (Rear Cafeteria entrance, Door "H")  on FRIDAYS from 12:30pm - 1:00pm.
