Work/Rest/Repeat!
Hi queen! Are you looking to move your body this summer and learn new physical skills that can be used in AND out of the gym? Are you looking to connect to new folks who are looking to do the same? Join BWW for Work/Rest/Repeat!, a 45 minute warm up, work out, and cool down that focuses on full body fitness and endurance. The workout is beginner friendly and also welcomes advanced lifetime fitness fanatics. All levels are welcome.  Choose your pace and adjustments will be provided! We'll use the last 10 minutes to cool down and ground into our weekend with intentions and breath.
