Welcome to the 2024 Youth Entrepreneurs Summer Youth Program Application

This year YE is offering 2 separate programs for our high school students, dependent on their interests and how far along they are in business development.

Please read and fill out the application carefully.

DETAILS:

SOUTHERN CT STATE UNIVERSITY - Tech and Entrepreneurship - Techpreneurship 101: Launching Your App Startup in High School
- This program is ideal for the student who has interest in entrepreneurship, but needs some help identifying their goals and putting a business plan put together. This program would be perfect for students entering 9th and 10th grade, however all grades are welcome to apply.

-   Program Dates: July 01, 2024 - August 11, 2024
-   Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
-   $50 registration fee (Non-refundable)
-   Program Fee: $500 (FREE FOR NEW HAVEN STUDENTS)
-   Limited free spots are available
-   Career Exploration: Tech and Entrepreneurship
-   Students are responsible for their lunch
-    ALL STUDENTS MUST BRING WATER BOTTLES
-    Parents must arrange transportation for drop-off/pick-up
-    Limited spots available 
-    Parents will be notified via email of acceptance and parent/teacher orientation

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
-    Parents/Guardians must submit 1 application per child.
-    Spots are not guaranteed
-    Interviews will be held for all applicants starting (Date: TBD)
-    Our program heavily relies on text and email to contact parents. Please provide us with ACTIVE phone numbers and accurate email addresses that you check regularly.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 1, 2024. Parents will be notified via email of interview date and IF chosen parent/teacher orientation date.
