Starting every single morning, each of our community members plays a vital part in keeping our students safe. Before sending students to school each day, caregivers will need to evaluate their student(s) with this Daily Home Screening. Student(s) must stay home IF:

- The student(s) shows any signs of illness.
- Anyone in the home has a confirmed or presumptive case of COVID.
- Anyone in the home is waiting for the results of a COVID test.

Thank you for working with MITCH to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community. If students have any symptoms of illness, they will be promptly isolated from other students with support from an adult, and sent home for the health and safety of all.
