Welcome to the interest capture for our second session of Virtual Board Coaching with Chong Chye Neo, former CEO of IBM Malaysia.

Chong Chye Neo was the CEO of IBM Malaysia from 2015 – 2018 and was also the first woman to helm the company in its 58-year history of Malaysia. She currently serves as an Independent Director of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE) and Hong Leong Financial Group. Furthermore, she was also appointed to Talent Compact 4.0 as part of an advisory panel in response to the impact of Industry Revolution 4.0 and the implication to the future of work.
