Welcome to the Adult Leaders sign-up form for the Youth Ministry at St. Patrick's Church Wildfield, Brampton, for the 2023-2024 year! We are delighted that you are considering joining our team to make a difference in the lives of young individuals. Our mission is to love, guide, and empower these youths to become joyful and fearless disciples of Jesus Christ!

As an Adult Leader, you play a vital role in the growth and development of the youth. Your commitment and support are invaluable to us. we wholeheartedly welcome your dedication and passion.

Please take a few minutes to complete this registration form, as it will help us understand your interests and availability. The program is open to all adults who have a heart for mentoring and guiding young minds, with our Catholic Faith and love for christ in mind.

Our Youth Ministry Nights are scheduled on either Friday or Saturday nights (excluding holidays) in the Church hall. We will provide information about the dates through emails, our Instagram page, and our website.

Your contribution to the program is immeasurable, and we deeply appreciate your willingness to give back to the community.
