Please can all teams fill in the below form to say how many teams their club will have attending the session on the below dates. Please can coaches speak with other in their clubs to ensure that team are only submitted once. You have until the Tuesday at 18:00 to upload you teams of the following weekend if you have not submitted by then you will not be fixtures for that weekend.Please note that all submissions will be charged even if team withdraws before the game that weekend.
