Business Discount for MSU Employees

This form is used for businesses and organizations to submit requests for inclusion on the MSU Business Discount List. The list is available to all MSU employees to search for discounts and offers at supporting business. 

Please provide the business information within the form below as it should appear on the Business Discount List. 

Please note, completing this form is not a guarantee that the business, products, or services submitted will be included on the business discount list; all information will be reviewed prior to making a determination. Inclusion on the business discount list is also not considered an endorsement by MSU of any businesses, products, or services offered.
