This funding is for the following specific items only and will be issued as vouchers only.

Vouchers:

Food (Morrisons)
Gas & Electric Key or Card Top-Up (PayPoint)
(British Gas customers are unfortunately not included in this scheme)

Please note you will not be given cash.

Please supply your email address when asked and we will email you advising you of what documents you are required to sent us.
If you fail to supply your up to date bank statements or benefit entitlement information within 24 hours, we will be unable process your application.

Affordable furniture  
For some tenants, the cost of paying for essential household items upfront can be difficult without taking out high-cost credit.

If you are a new or existing tenant you can rent a range of items for your home at an affordable weekly cost, via the Sutton Tenants Appliance Rental Scheme (STARS), including:

two-seater sofas
tables and chairs
beds
cookers
fridges and fridge freezers, and more.
The hire of the items will be added to your weekly rent charge and can be paid for by Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
