Medications will be delivered according to data entered through Saudi Post or AlDawaa Pharmacy.

Notes:
1- Patients eligible for the service are those with active file and prescription, in case the prescription is expired or file is inactive the following will be followed:
A) The inactive file should be activated by the patient or his caregiver following the rules of OPD administration.
B) In case the prescription is expired or not refilled for more than 3 months it will not be renewed and the patient should book an appointment.

2- The entered data should be correct so the package arrives you safely and speedy.

3- Prescription will not be sent if data was entered wrong.

4- The enciative is only for medication and supply related to it and not  other homecare  supplies which are dispensed through other departments.

5- The entered address must match the patient's national address.
