We are looking for a rockstar to join our team as the Chat Manager.

In this critical role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of all chats.
Your goal will be to balance income generation and subscriber retention by managing our in-house chat team, reviewing their conversations, and providing daily feedback.

We need someone with a creative flair and the ability to craft enticing conversations that encourage customers to subscribe and purchase PPV content. You'll be responsible for collecting data and feedback, sending mass PPV campaigns, scheduling Instagram posts, and keeping our customers engaged and happy. When needed, you'll step up as the chatter, fulfilling your responsibilities to ensure we meet our goals.

The right person for this role should have a unique combination of persuasive conversation-writing skills, a strong knowledge of male psychology, and an exceptional understanding of how subscriptions, PPVs, and custom content work.

We're looking for someone who's a master of communication and a natural leader, who can keep things fun and exciting, all while leading our team to success!


Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing OnlyFans chatters to effectively engage customers and drive sales.
  • Direct experience chatting on OnlyFans to provide effective feedback and guidance to the team.
  • Proficiency in written English and Spanish to communicate persuasively and engagingly with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing chatters' schedules and workload to ensure efficiency and delivery of excellent service.
  • Collecting data and generating reports on our performance (chats, sales, subscriptions).
  • Providing daily feedback to the team on their conversations with customers, and offering tips and tricks for improvement.
  • If there aren't any in-house chatters available, you'll be responsible for chatting with customers to ensure that we're meeting our targets.
  • Liaising with content creators to ensure that we have the necessary custom content to keep our customers engaged.
  • Organizing all content and ensuring that everything is easily accessible for the team.
