Provincial Eligibility - Exemption Application
The Exemption Application is to be used by athletes who would like to compete at Nationals under a Provincial Sports Organization in a province other than the one in which they currently reside. This is an exemption to the residency requirement whereby an athlete must compete for the province in which they reside.

Exemptions are being considered due to the delay in holding the National Championships (postponed from 2020 to 2022), and due to conditions created by the current pandemic.

The following requirements must be met to be considered for an exemption:
1. Players must be a member of the PSO for which they would like to compete
2. Players must attend that PSO qualification or selection event
3. Players can only attend one PSO qualification or selection event
4. Players must:
         a) have previously qualified with a team for the 2020 scheduled championships
         b) complete this Exemption Request Form for 2022
         c) have both PSOs (province of residence and province of competition) approve the exemption
acknowledges the exemption applies solely to the 2022 National Championships.

DEADLINE IS MARCH 1, 2022
