Project Zero's mission is to transform veteran and first responder wellbeing through positive wellness practices.
Our Mental Health Program is built for you to receive 100% cost-free and confidential care from licensed professionals in our network to work through immediate issues.
The process is quite simple:
• Fill out this form
• Receive confirmation from admin within 48 hours
• Intake forms (as needed)
• Referral to a counselor
• Counselor contacts within 48 hours to schedule your session
Our aim is 96 hours from first contact to connecting with a counselor - times may vary depending on demand.
We serve Texas Residents (for now) but are able to use our network for referral of service.
There is no billing, insurance, EAP needed. We remain cost-free thanks to our generous donors wanting to invest in your wellbeing!
This service is intended to meet a current/immediate need. Ongoing, long-term services after issues have been resolved will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
