"Discover Yourself Outdoors" is a two-stage Erasmus+ project which aims to invite youth workers, trainers, leaders and educators of youth coming from the EU and EECA region.
We want to prepare participants in a way to be able to coach and activate the youth society they work with through engagement in outdoor and sport activities, using the knowledge and tools from this training based on non-formal education principles: challenge by choice, learning by doing, emphatic communication, teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving and transfer.

In Genesis, we focus on experiential learning and non-formal education that supports the professional and personal development of people, students, and youth workers. This means, that you will definitely learn on this project! But don’t worry, it won’t be like at school, where you just sit, listen and take exams. It will be full of interactive workshops in a multicultural environment - and that makes a difference!
Activities, discussions, sessions, time for you but also sharing rooms will be international - you have a chance to spend a week in wonderful nature surrounded by people from all over Europe and countries such as Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan or Cambodia, and Indonesia - all this facilitated by the international team of experienced trainers and organizers.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- You have to be fully available during the project date
- Travel costs, accommodation, food will be FULLY COVERED to the chosen participants by the organizer.
- The working language is English.
- The participation fee is 20 EUR.
