Please submit this form prior to attending auditions.

Auditions on May 13 serve as a time for the PC staff to assess student's strengths and to evaluate what group dances, we feel like would be the best fit for them. Attendance is required for new members and highly recommended for all. If unable to attend, previous classes and performances will be taken into consideration.

Students should wear ALL BLACK dance attire and jazz or ballet shoes to the audition.

Most PC Group dance weekly rehearsals (Sept-May) will be scheduled on Wednesdays 5:00-7:30pm. If you are unable to attend rehearsals during part of this time frame, please explain below. We will take this into consideration during casting. Please note that we may be unable to fulfill your requests, and/or this may limit routine options.

On the following dates guest choreographers will be at Ovation teaching some group dances for next season.

CHLOE ROBERTS: July 31-August 2
TORI HILGER: July 31-August 2
ANNIE GRATTON: AUGUST 15-17

If you are not available on the date the dance is taught, we will not be able to cast you in it. It will help our casting process to know before casting if you will not be available. These dates won't apply to every dancer. SELECT BELOW ALL OPTIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU.
