Thank you for your interest in being a presenter at the 2020 Upstate Technology Conference! Below you will find more information about how you can play a role in this exciting conference.

Things to Remember!

**Presentation Information**
In an effort to keep our conference focused on cutting edge technology in the classroom, we will use set criteria for session selection.  Session times are one hour long.  UTC participants are eager to learn and anticipate a full session of information.  Releasing participants from sessions early creates a variety of challenges and remains a common complaint from attendees each year.  

**It is extremely important that you prepare enough materials for an hour long session.**

**Session Description**
It is important to provide a clear, concise description about your session to help participants make the best choices about the sessions they attend.  For example, if your session requires a participant to bring a certain device, be sure to include this request in your presentation description.

**Personal Information**
Carefully review your contact information for accuracy before submission.  UTC Staff will contact you with conference updates and information; it is important that it is accurate.  

**Age Restriction**
To provide all attendees an optimal learning environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the conference.
