In efforts to make reporting a change of dismissal, an easier and safer one, please see below. Note: All submissions are asked to be received by 9AM daily. If post 9AM, contact the main office.

Complete this online form to submit your child's change of dismissal. This information will be emailed directly to the Attendance Coordinator. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Singleton at 929-373-5878.
