OUR ESTUDIO Getting-into-Research Workshops

Established in 2023, the Office of Undergraduate Research (OUR) aims to increase research opportunities for undergraduate students at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). We will launch programs in phases over the next few years to ensure we accomplish our vision for OUR.

For students interested in joining a mentored research experience, we invite you to attend OUR workshops! 

Note: Students applying to the Learning-Aligned Employment Program (LAEP) will need to attend "Finding a Research Mentor" before they can be accepted into the program. If you already have a mentor, please attend the Mentoring Relationships workshop. Once you have completed the workshop, please email Alina Adamian @alina.adamian@csun.edu 

Zoom links will be emailed 3 business days before the session, and reminder emails will be sent the day before.

Graduate Peer Mentors Office Hours: 

  • Adriana (AP): Tuesdays 1-2 pm; and Fridays 12-2 pm (Zoom Link Here)

  • Renee (RM): Mondays & Wednesdays 12 -1 pm Drop-in Zoom Link

  • Courtney (CF): Thursdays and Fridays 9 am-12 pm

  • Ilene (IC): Mondays 4-5 pm; Thursdays 4-6 pm Zoom Link

  • Luis (LPV): Wednesday 1-2pm; Friday 12-1 pm Zoom room
