Participation Fee for the Gender Equity Forum: US$ 60

Mandatory Registration Fee is paid by all participants including Youth Assembly and Gender Equity Forum Participants. Mandatory Green Fee is paid by the participants travelling to Chennai via air.

Participation fee must be paid including by the youth participants, Gender Equity Forum participants, (if they intend to join the GA) spouses and children above three years of age when they submit their registration form.

Youth Assembly (YA) (Youths mean persons 18-30 years of age). The YMCA Madras hosts the Youth Assembly at the YMCA International Youth Centre; hence no participation fees for the participants for the Youth Assembly. Participants for the Youth Assembly who wish to stay other than the YMCA Youth Centre, during the Youth Assembly, they have to pay for their own accommodation. Participants of the YA will continue to attend the 21st GA after the YA. The non-subsidized participants must pay the GA participation fees, and accommodation fee. They can choose to stay either in YMCA Youth Centre or in the hotel.

Gender Equity Forum (GEF) Nonsubsidized Participants of GEF will pay the participation fee of US$60 (participation fee doesn't include accommodation fee) Participants of the GEF can choose to stay either at the YWCA International Guest House or in the hotel with pay. Participants of the GEF will continue to attend the 21st GA after the YA. The non-subsidized participants must pay the GA participation fees, and the accommodation fee.
