Fashion Industry
Hello, 
My name is Hailey Bermudez, and I am an AP Research Student attending Yorkville High School. I am conducting a quantitative study on the importance of environmental ethics in the fast fashion industry to different demographics, as well as during times of economic hardship. The research question is “Has the inflation in the mainstream clothing industry since 2010 altered current consumer perspective on the importance of environmental ethics in the fast fashion industries from the age demographics of 14 to 25, 30 to 43, and 43+? 
Consent Form 

Hello, 
The participation in this study is purely voluntary. You may withdraw at any period through the duration of the study. The withdrawal will not incur any penalty on the part of the participant. 

This informed consent form aims to get the participant's consent for the evaluation on understanding of high schoolers' willingness to search deeper into presented information. 

Participants shall be answering questions about their willingness to research deeper into information and, after which, will be answering logical sequences and analytical questions. The initial participants in this study will take only around 15 minutes, and information gathered will be anonymous and will be treated as confidential. Thus, no identity will be disclosed in the study, or even in any discussion that will take place after 

If in any case during the activity the participant feels uncomfortable answering the questions, he/she/they may withdraw from participating and the study involving the participant will end. Upon completion of the activity, the participant may ask about the result and may ask questions.
