Please use this form to request a group reservation for the 2019 - 2020 school year. You will need to submit a separate form for each show you would like to attend. For example, if you plan on attending all 3 shows in the season, you will submit this form 3 times indicating different shows and dates each time.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee you will receive the requested performance date. The Education Box Office Manager will contact you within 3 business days to either confirm your reservation or discuss alternate dates.

Once you receive a confirmation email and invoice, your field trip is booked and you must notify the Education Box Office Manager in writing of any requested changes.
