The Tommy Flowers SCITT (TFSCITT) is an ‘End Point Assessment Organisation’ (EPAO) for the Postgraduate Teaching Apprenticeship (ST0490/AP01).  Our unique identifier is EPA0694.

This form is for apprentices' employing schools to register their interest in the Tommy Flowers SCITT completing the End Point Assessment. The employing school should complete this form in conjunction with the apprentice. Any questions should be directed to Holly Baker at holly.baker@st-pauls.org.uk.

Please provide as much detail as possible. This will enable us to send you a quote for the full costs relating to the EPA along with our Employing School Agreement. If at this stage, you do not wish to proceed, please notify us of that decision.

IMPORTANT DATES
The window for EPA completion is three months from passing through the gateway. The gateway is met when the apprentice has completed a 12 month Teaching Apprenticeship, passed Level 2 Maths and English (e.g. GCSEs), been awarded QTS and has 'occupational competency'. For example, if the apprentice passes the gateway at the end of August, the EPA must be completed within three months, by the end of November.
