Pottery is therapeutic, it alleviates anxiety, it’s communal, and it’s a trade that can be used to economically empower. For these reasons, we at POT strive to make pottery accessible to BIPOC communities through our non-profit arm, the POTluck Initiative.
Formerly known as POT Community Programming, POTluck Initiative offers sliding scale, scholarships, and artist residencies to our communities.

Our classes support the employment of all our staff, from teachers to office staff to studio staff. We do not ask for proof of hardship, we ask that you only request assistance or scholarships if you need it and not abuse our honor system. We have monthly allotments and limited spaces.
