This form is for SHC members who would like to carpool to their volunteer shifts! Please fill out this form if you have a car and are willing to take other SHC members with you to the volunteer shifts, if you would like a ride in someone's car to your volunteer shift, or if you would like to share an Uber (or other rideshare service) to your volunteer shift. This form will be valid until the end of the Spring 2022 semester.

Drivers and riders will be assigned based on availability. Cars will be assigned by creation of a GroupMe based on hospital and volunteer times, but afterwards, any coordinating between drivers and riders is YOUR responsibility. If no driver is found, we will try to find other volunteers with whom you could share an Uber, Lyft, etc with.

Please email the Hospital Coordinator, Patrick Kramer, at shcgatech@gmail.com if you make any changes to your schedule before the end of the semester. Please include [Carpool] in the subject! People will be depending on you! Do not hold up the other people in your car, and make sure that you account for travel times, traffic, time it takes to park, etc. when you are trying to get to your volunteer shifts!


UPDATE PLEASE READ: The form responses are being checked at least 2-3 times a week. If you have not heard back from the hospital coordinator, it is because there has not been a rider/driver matched to you yet!
