MSWW 2024 (April 18-20) Registration Form
Use this form to register for the 50th anniversary Michigan School for Women Workers, run by the Center for Labor and Community Studies.  Please note, to fully complete your registration, you must send your payment to UM-D CLCS, 257 Fairlane Center North, 19000 Hubbard Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126.  

If using tuition assistance (TAP), you need to: 
  1. Apply for the tuition fee. Note that the TAP programs pay for tuition but not meals.  Once you receive your approved tuition voucher, sign and date it, and email/scan to LaborStudiesReg@umich.edu, fax it to 313.583.6430, or mail it to UM-D CLCS (257 Fairlane Center North, 19000 Hubbard Drive, Dearborn, MI 48126).
  2. Send the money for your meal payment. Checks can be made out to "University of Michigan-Dearborn CLCS." No-shows or late cancellations pay full price, there are no refunds after last date to withdraw at no cost. Thank you.
