Thank you for your interest in hosting an San Francisco Bay Area HDI (SFHDI) chapter event! We are always looking for new venues. Our regular events are 6 times per year usually on the third Wednesday or Friday at lunch time. In the summer we do our  TechTap meetups at local restaurants or activities.

Hosting a meeting is very simple. At a minimum, we need you to provide three things:
1.       A meeting room to fit comfortably 35 to 50 people
2.       Access to catering for lunch (either onsite or outside catering - SFHDI pays for lunch)
3.       Web and Conference Call Capabilities (WebEx, Skype, Zoom, etc)
