To help ensure every parent has an opportunity to support the mission of the school, the leadership of the Parent Association invites every parent to fill out this form to help the PA connect your interests/passions with the schools needs. Your name and contact information will be passed along to the appropriate committee, task force, teacher, or staff. While every class has specific volunteer responsibilities throughout the year, everyone has a part to play to ensure the vitality of our school throughout the year.

Attend Monthly PA Meeting (1.5 hours a month)

Board Committee Participation (20 hours a year)

Parent Association Class Representative (2-4 hours per month) Attend PA meetings; communicate events and information to parents in your class; help coordinate volunteerism within your class; build community.

Please indicate your interest in volunteering for OCCASIONAL activities (total hours required):

All School Work Days (2-6 hours)

Event Shifts (Holiday Market, May Faire, etc) (1-3 hours). Assist with events set-up, staffing tables, tracking sales, or clean-up.

Care of Families in Need (2-8 hours). Track and publicize which families need community support—meals, childcare, transportation, etc.; organize rosters for volunteers

Free Fundraising Awareness and Enrollment (3-4 hours). Raise awareness about how families and extended community can raise funds for RWS for free; encourage participation in Kroger Rewards, Amazon Smile, Box Tops, and Gift Card program; coordinate holiday gift card sales

Admissions Ambassador (2-6 hours). Be a reference for prospective and/or new families; Welcome and direct guests during in-person admissions activities; talk with prospective parents about RWS.

Games Night (2-4 hours). Organize and host game night at school, where everyone brings a board game of their choice for an evening of intergenerational fun!

May Faire Shifts (1-3 hours). Help with set-up, clean-up, or help staff an activity or event.

School Photo Day Support (2-3 hours). Work with photographers to assist with the flow of family and student picture days; Recruit volunteers to assist on picture day as needed

Spirit Night (1-2 hours; 2x a year). Help plan a family-friendly fundraising event at local restaurants who donate a portion of their proceeds earned that night to RWS .

Teacher Appreciation Week (1-5 hours). Help plan and recruit parents to help with breakfast treats brought; flower bouquets, and a catered luncheon
