ie: people who are going on holiday in the summer months and need someone to look after their dog, affluent couples in their mid-30s, love their pets, use Instagram and Youtube alot to look at funny dog videos, very outdoorsy, love sport.
What message(s) are you trying to get across?

ie: not only will we walk your dog we'll care for it in your home, send you pictures of it enjoying a nice treat and make sure it gets some TLC!

ie: quite like this video from our competitor but it doesn't seem very friendly, want ours to be friendlier!
What do you want the audience to feel, think and do when they see this video?

ie: we want them to feel reassured that their dog will be taken good care of, think 'oh yeah, this is a good service' and do: book an appointment to meet one of our dog walkers
Where will this project be shown? 

ie: Instagram Reels, Youtube, our website homepage, maybe on Sky TV 
What are the timings for this project?

ie: we need it done before Easter this year as that's usually when we see the most people go on holiday
Do you have an idea of budget yet? (even if it's just a range)

ie: we have £20-25k for the whole project
Is there anything else it's worth us knowing?

ie: we also want to target elderly people who aren't healthy enough to walk their dogs with some additional messaging
