Thank you for your interest in the Homestead Incubation Program.
The following application is Step 1 in the process of being approved to participate. Step 2 is an invitation to interview with members of our Facilitation Team. If accepted, you will be invited to register to attend the training at which time payment will be accepted. The fee for the full training is $2,500.
In this program you will learn important homesteading skills, understand the ins and outs of land use & acquisition, participate in building a land trust, cooperative business and develop a working knowledge of succession planning. All this, while preparing for the nitty gritty parts of life on the land. Our on-site program operates as a family-style visit to the farm. You will participate in daily homesteading activities, special projects centered around sustainable and regenerative land use, participate in projects that will give you context for the online portion of our training and have time to explore your own connection with the land.
If accepted, you will participate as a member of the iLOGIC Homestead at Solomon's Garden and learn the skills that will prepare you to manage your own homestead.

Participation in this program is At-Will. We seek to share all of the knowledge that we have gained on this land relevant to your goals and experience. We also understand that in a community setting, maintaining clear lines of communication, boundaries, conflict resolution and solution-orientation are keys to making inter-personal relationships work. If at any time your participation in the program is found to be out of alignment with forwarding the mission of creating peaceful, healing space at Solomon's Garden, you may be asked to vacate the premises.
