BTNEP 2024 Tidal Graph Request Form
Below you can request a 2024 Tidal Graph Calendar(s) by filling out the appropriate fields. Due to high demand, you may request up to 3 calendars. If you'd like to request a higher quantity, please contact our office at 985-447-0868 for more information, pickup instructions, and mailing costs if applicable -- requests will be filled at BTNEP's discretion.

Please note that calendars are free of charge if they are picked up. You can pick up your calendar(s) from the BTNEP Office at 320 Audubon Ave., N. Babington Hall, on Nicholls State University campus, before the holidays between now and December 22nd, Monday through Friday, 8am-2pm. Our office will be closed for the holiday between December 25th and January 1st. Normal operating hours will resume on January 2, 2023. If you need your calendar(s) SHIPPED to you, you will be responsible for paying postage. 

The shipping cost for 1 to 3 calendars is a flat rate of $6. Your calendar request will not be filled until payment is received by BTNEP. Payments accepted: pay online with PayPal (see instructions below), pay by phone with credit or debit card by calling our office at 985-447-0868, or by mailing cash/check to P.O. Box 2663, Thibodaux, LA 70310. BTNEP is not responsible for any cash or checks lost in the mail.
