We are currently focusing beta-testing efforts on our newest workflows, Viruses and Plasmids and Metaproteomics, but are accepting feedback for other workflows as well. Before filling out this form, please run your workflow of choice on NMDC EDGE. You can upload your own data files into NMDC EDGE or utilize datasets from the Test Data folder. Then, provide your run information and feedback following the questions provided in this form.
This form captures NMDC EDGE beta testing results and user feedback. Names and emails will only be collected if a user would like to be acknowledged as a beta tester on the NMDC EDGE site, the NMDC website, and/or NMDC EDGE-related publications. All feedback will be collated anonymously, and users that input their contact information will not have it linked with their other form responses. Feedback provided here will be given directly to the developers to improve the NMDC EDGE platform.
