Discounted conference registration is prioritized for individuals who:
- live in the global south;
- do not have support from an employer or other organization to
register for EPIC2024; and
- face financial barriers to attending EPIC2024.
- We also welcome your request if you do not live in the
global south, and will offer discounts to as many individuals as possible with
funding available.
When you make your funding request please note:
- We may not be able to support everyone who makes a request, but
strive to support as many people as possible.
- We generally offer partial discounts on registration fees for
in-person conference registration. You can review registration details and
pricing here.
- We cannot offer funds to support travel and other conference-related
expenses.
- Privacy: The information you share in this
form is confidential and will be reviewed only by the conference chairs and/or
members of the EPIC Equity Council and the staff or board members supporting
them.
