2024 Counselor, Lifeguard, Waterfront Director App

Applications are due by June 7, 2024 by 2:00 pm to the Recreation/Camp Director. Interviews will be conducted within 3 weeks of receipt of application.

These positions are a seasonal summer position at Camp Cochipianee Summer Day Camp for Summer 2024. All Counselors, Lifeguards and Waterfront Director must be available for all 6 weeks of summer camp. Interviews will be held late afternoon/evening during the week or Saturday morning.

Counselor Positions Available: Must be 18 years and older to apply. Please note which areas you are interested in applying for; Sports, Arts and Crafts, Wilderness, My Time, Pre-K, or Office/Float. We also have a per diem position available as an on-call sub for anyone who calls out or for days we are short staffed.

Lifeguard Positions: 3 lifeguard positions are available. Must have, and present at interview, up-to-date lifeguard certification and be 16 to apply for this position.

Waterfront Director: Must have up-to-date lifeguard and WSI certifications and 3 years of Lifeguard experience.
